Steve and Rachel here at SewWorx! Today we’re talking needles. Needles and thread cause most of the problems we see in sewing, quilting, and embroidery machines. Just yesterday, we got in a machine that was shredding thread and the needle had a defect in it from the manufacturer.
Make sure you have your needle in correctly and facing the right direction. When in doubt, change the needle out! Make sure you check that needle. Check the position of the needle and inspect the needle for defects. Stop by or give us a call for help with your sewing machine!
